What We Collect

When you submit the guidance form, we store:

  • Your full name and your mother's name — both required
  • Your gender and your age — both required
  • Your country and mobile number — both required
  • Your father's name, if you give one — optional
  • Your email address, if you give one — optional
  • The issue you selected and the description of your problem — both optional

Why We Collect It

Only to understand your situation, prepare guidance for it, and send that guidance back to you. Each field is asked for a reason:

  • Your mother's name is required because that is the name a dua is traditionally made on. Your father's name is not needed for that, so it stays optional.
  • Your gender and age shape the guidance itself — what is right for a child is not what is right for an elder.
  • Your mobile number is how we send your guidance, and it is also what identifies you: writing to us again from the same number adds to your existing case rather than starting a second one.

Cookies and Other Services

We set one cookie, and only to keep you signed in to the request portal and to stop the form being submitted repeatedly. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site, and nothing we set follows you to any other one.

The one thing that does leave this site is the typefaces, which are loaded from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and which page you are on. It sets no cookie and carries nothing you have written to us.

Who Can See It

Only the members of our guidance team who work on your request. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, and we never publish what you write to us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your request so we can refer back to it if you contact us again. You may ask us to delete it at any time — quote your Request ID and we will remove it.

How It Is Protected

  • The admin area is password protected and restricted by role.
  • Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery.
  • All database access uses prepared statements, so the data cannot be injected into.
  • Uploaded files are stored outside the publicly reachable folders.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
